Terms of use

Lakshya (lakshyalearning.co.in and the Lakshya apps) is a product of Quickzapp Tech Utility Services LLP (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Lakshya you agree to these terms.

• A parent or legal guardian creates and manages each child's account and consents to the child using Lakshya.
• The parent is responsible for the account, its payments, and keeping sign-in details safe.
• Tell us at once through Contact us if you think someone else is using your account.

Lakshya is an AI tutor that helps children learn their school syllabus by voice and text. It supports school learning and does not replace school, teachers or professional advice. AI can make mistakes, so answers and marking may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Lakshya's marking of a test is a suggestion, not an official grade.

• Prices are in Indian rupees on the pricing page. GST is added on top of every price at the applicable rate; the pricing page shows the total including GST next to each price, and checkout charges that same total. Every payment gets a GST tax invoice.
• Razorpay processes payments. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• A plan's allowances (lesson time, tests, photo questions and chat messages), and any extras you add to them, are valid until the end of the period you paid for. What is unused does not carry over to the next period.
• Money in your child's Lakshya wallet never expires. It stays with your child, including when a plan ends and you start a new one.
• If you cancel a plan, it keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.
• We may change prices for future periods, never for a period you have paid for, and we tell you first.

Use Lakshya only for learning. Do not share an account between children, try to break or overload the service, or copy its content for resale. We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules.

Conversations are checked for signs that a child may be at risk. When that happens, a trained member of our safety team may review the conversation and contact the parent, and in serious cases the right authorities, as our privacy notice explains. Parents can download or delete their child's data from the parent account.

We provide Lakshya “as is” to the extent the law allows and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. We will email parents before a material change to these terms applies. Questions or complaints: Contact us.
